Please join Ani Nadler Grosser, LICSW/licensed psychotherapist and stress management specialist, who has been facilitating groups for the past 30 years. This program opportunity will provide a place for connection and meaningful conversation and mutual exchange of ideas during this time of the pandemic. In a safe and confidential space, we will have the opportunity to openly discuss the emotional challenges of living with uncertainty and the loss of usual routines and connections with family and friends. The focus is on empowerment, cultivating calm and discovering
creative and compassionate ways to care for ourselves during this unique time in our lives.

This is the first of a four part series. Registration will be available separately for each date. This program is limited in size and we encourage participation through your registration process.

For planning purposes, this program will also be held on Thursdays January 21, February 4 and 18. You must register for each date as the registration information becomes available.

This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series.
