Join students for a conversation with photographer David Shlachter on his new book, Hinenu: Israel at Ten Million.  David is a photographer and oral historican whose photos capture Israel through the lives of 100 people at the exact moment the country reached a population of ten mllion.

All are welcome to the talk about this timely and important work.  Free of charge.

Offered with support from Jewish Federation of the Berkshires, this program is separate from the community October 7 commemoration offered the following night. The program at Williams College will deal more broadly with the stories behind Hinenu.
