The Jewish Federation Connecting with Community presents "Survival, Hope and a Lifetime of Service."

This film "Etched in Glass: The Legacy of Steve Ross" is the compelling, true story of survival, tolerance and hope.  It is especially timely today, as it focuses on the inspirational story of a Polish immigrant who came to Amerca and thrived against all odds.

Ross survives to bear witness to the horror of the Holocaust, and dedicates his life to helping disadvantaged young people for over 40 years.

Daniel E. Levenson, Associate Regional Director at ADL New England and award winning filmmaker Roger Lyons will speak about the film and Steve Ross, the driving force behind the iconic New England Holocaust Memorial on the Freedom Trail in Boston.

This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series and will be followed by a kosher hot lunch. Lunch is a $2 suggested donation for adults over 60 years of age or $7 for all others.
