The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' Connecting with Community presents "Pittsfield - A City on the Move" with Mayor Linda M. Tyer.
"The City of Pittsfield has evolved. That's a good thing" per Mayor Tyer whose vision for Pittsfield reflects a place where small businesses thrive, strategic collaborations are nurtured, and the creative economy flourishes. She is committed to the work ahead. Tyer was inaugurated as Mayor in January, 2016 and is the first mayor to be elected to a four year term in the city's history. Her depth of understanding comes from her cumulative experience in law firms, school systems, and city government.
