The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' Connecting with Community presents A Healthy Living Panel of Experts: Exploring and Keeping the Berkshires Well.

Join Executive Director, John Lutz of Elder Services, Bobbie Orsi, Director of Community Relations at Home Instead Senior Care, Morgan Ovitsky, Project Coordinator for Be Well Berkshires, and Erica Girgenti of Council on Aging and Age Friendly Berkshires as they share and discuss their work and initiatives.

This is an opportunity to learn from the experts who create and implement healthy living choices, effect important change and work with hundreds of individuals who are living in the Berkshires.  There will be a Q and A and distribution of materials.

This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series and will be followed by a kosher hot lunch. Lunch is a $2 suggested donation for adults over 60 years of age or $7 for all others. Advance reservations are required for lunch and can be made by calling (413) 442-2200 before 9 a.m. on the day of the program.
