In 3 sessions, Knesset Israel's Wildman scholar/artist-in-residence will play out the lasting impact of the Scopes Trial on issues of church and state. This first session will offer the history of the trial (including the rabbis who were involved), and how the issues on display in that trial are still with us today.

The presentation will be preceded by musical Shabbat services at 5:45 and a kosher dinner at 6:30 PM. There is a fee for dinner; the presentation is free and will begin between 8 and 8:15 PM.
