Three Short Films

Three short films, all focused on food: In "The Last Blintz" (2014), director Dori Berinstein chronicles the final days of New York’s iconic Café Edison (a.k.a. the Polish Tearoom). In "Life & Hummus" (2014), filmmaker Alex Matros travels through Israel and Palestine on a quest to find the world’s best hummus. "Bagels in the Blood" (2015, directed by Jonathan Keijser and Daniel Beresh) takes us behind the scenes at Montreal’s legendary Fairmount Bagel to meet third-generation owner Irwin Shlafman.
