Shavuot, also called Z’man Torateinu, the time of our rejoicing in Torah, offers us the opportunity to join together in song, prayer and study as a community during this important festival. This year, our festival service will feature the traditional chanting of Aseret ha’Dibrot (the 10 commandments) by students in our Spring Torah trope class, as well as an exploration of the Book of Ruth. A festive dairy oneg will follow services.
