Joselin's mother, Rhoda Pomerantz and her father, Billy Linder, were both born and raised in Pittsfield. Rhoda's brother is Phil Pomerantz and Billy's grandfather was Pittsfield's first Orthodox Rabbi, Rabbi Morris Fuhrman.
