"Jacob's Torah" is a dramatic reading of the odyssey of a mystical Torah scroll and the people who loved and protected it. Written by the late Jesse Waldinger and directed by Barbara Waldinger, the play was inspired by a family story of Berkshire County resident, Phil Halpern. Suggested donation is $20 for non-members and $18 for members of Congregation Knesset Israel, Temple Anshe Amunim and OLLI. Children under 15 free. Proceeds will benefit the joint KI/TAA Hebrew School. Refreshments will be served.
