The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires and the Friends of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) invite you to a special event to meet IDF soldiers who fought in the 2014 Gaza Operation. Learn about the challenges the IDF continues to confront including: fighting inside urban areas, finding rebuilt tunnels, losing the element of surprise.  Yehuda Yaakov, Consul General of Israel to New England, will present a briefing on current diplomatic challenges.
