  campaign to empower each one of us to help in an emergency.  Led by trai
 ned professional (nurses\, EMS\, law enforcement) this training will inclu
 de hands-on experience with tourniquets and wound packing.  Must be 16 ye
 ars of age.  Space is limited and pre-registration required.  We cannot
