 vileged to hear from Leonard Pader and Tanya Feldman\, residents of Kibbut
 z Shluchot in northern Israel.\n\nKibbutz Shluchot was established in May 
 of 1948 by immigrants from Austria and Germany\, many of whom were Holocau
 st survivors.  Shluchot was the first kibbutz established after the creat
 ion of the state of Israel.
