 sheep cheese (can’t remember the name but it sounded divine!) He will do
  a demonstration in the restaurant since the kitchen is too small. We will
  be served spanakopita\, and the cheese and stuffed grape leaves\, salmon 
 and Greek salad for lunch with baklava and coffee/tea for dessert. \n
