This program will meet in-person, inside, in the social hall at Knesset Israel.

Properly fitted masks are required for all, regardless of vaccination status. No pre-registration required

Created and facilitated by Maggie Bittman, a licensed mental health councilor who has been in practice for over 40 years.

Throughout life's journey, we each confront four "existential truths":

  • the search to find meaning and purpose
  • facing mortality
  • experiencing aloneness
  • engaging self will

Maggie will highlight how this is a lifelong process and that we return to these existential truths at each stage of life with the added wisdom that comes along with aging. This conversation format provides an opportunity to be a part of a group.  Participants will discuss, share, and offer support to one another.  It is a program for people of all ages to allow for intergenerational dialogue.

This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series.
